Tips for people and dogs

A very cute dog tied to a tree, on the sidewalk:
Don't pet it
Keep walking
(you're not the person the dog is waiting for)
If you have small children, walk between them and the dog
Without a dog's owner, you have no idea how the dog will react.

You see a dog in a vehicle on a hot day:
Even if the car is in the shade, this can be a problem
Pet endangerment should be taken seriously
This is also illegal in some places
Let someone in charge know (security or the police)
Give the license plate number to the person in charge
Stay where you can see the vehicle until someone comes
